Smoke Sockeye Salmon Sushi Hand Rolls

  • 1package (227 grams) SeaChange Smoked Sockeye Salmon
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 carrot (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 red pepper (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced thinly)
  • 2cups cooked rice
  • 2pieces nori sheets (each sheet cut into halves)
  1. Cook your rice ahead of time and let is cool (You can even cook it the night before and cool in the fridge over night)
  2. Get all your ingredients chopped and ready so you can assemble your rolls nice and quickly! (Slice cucumber, carrot, red pepper, and avocado)
  3. Cut nori sheets in half
  4. Add rice to the nori sheet, and your veggies and smoked salmon. TIP: Don’t overdo the toppings as much as you want it. You won’t be able to roll it up and the nori might rip.
  5. Roll the filled nori diagonally until you get a nice cone shaped hand roll
  6. You can serve with wasabi, soy sauce or some spicy mayo if you like!
